Alan Leonard is the Director of Policy for Texas Water Foundation. He most recently executed legislative affairs for the Department of Energy’s office that conducts all-hazard risk management and emergency response support for the U.S. energy sector. Prior to that, he worked at Austin Water on legislative and policy issues and reviewed a number of Texas state agencies as an analyst for the Sunset Advisory Commission. He holds a Masters of Global Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Austin.
