The October Membership Mixer was held at Sophie's Gasthaus. Approximately 200 people were in attendance to enjoy mixing and mingling with fellow Chamber members, light appetizers, cold beverages, door prize drawings, and more. Thank you to the wonderful sponsors; Sophie's Gasthaus, Miller & Miller Insurance Agency, Corridor Title Company, and Tri-City Distributors, L.P. who helped put this event on.
The mystery member was Chris Sitton, with Hope Hospice, and the 10th person to shake his hand and win $10 was Eric Trammel with Vallance Security Systems. The winner of the $100 cash prize drawing was Savannah Whitley with the New Braunfels Civic/Convention Center, and she was not present to collect the cash prize. That means the cash prize will increase to $150 at the October mixer.
The next Membership Mixer will be held on Tuesday, November 7th from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Wurstfest located at 120 Landa St. Be sure to be on the lookout for your mailed invitation.
