About Long View Equity:
Long View Equity is a commercial real estate investor and developer located in Austin, TX. We have been active in New Braunfels for the past 3 years as the owner of the Christus Santa Rosa Physicians Ambulatory Surgery Center at 1738 E. Common St. We recently purchased the land around the existing surgery center and are developing approximately 60,000 SF of Class A medical, retail and professional office space spread across 4 new buildings to be completed in phases. We are currently talking with several doctor groups, a restaurant, and other potential tenants. We expect this new development to offer great synergies with the existing medical facilities in the area and anticipate completing the first phase of construction in the first quarter of 2018.
