The Chamber's Business Education Partnership Committee is joining forces with Comal ISD's "INCubator" program, which offers high school students an authentic entrepreneur experience to develop a real product or service start up and the opportunity to earn real investments. Through the INCubator program, students will break into teams to create a product or service and then pitch their idea to a panel of judges for funding, similar to the popular TV show Shark Tank.
Local business professionals are invited to attend the INCubator Community Kickoff event on Tuesday, September 17 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the New Braunfels Chamber in Honors Hall. This event is a great opportunity for small business owners, marketing professionals, etc. to learn more about the INCubator program, how they can get involved as a coach or mentor, or simply share their experiences.
At the kickoff event, attendees will enjoy networking and refreshments from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and a presentation to learn more from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Please RSVP to Sarah Permenter at sarah.permenter@comalisd.org if you would like to attend.
