The Jaycees have been active in the community since 1934. Their mission is to foster an environment for aspiring leaders to grow their network, engage in the community, develop professionally, and create a better New Braunfels through volunteerism and philanthropy.
The Jaycees is a young professionals’ membership organization with more than 200 members who live and/or work in New Braunfels. The Jaycees provides its members with opportunities to connect with each other, become more involved in the community, and learn from business and civic leaders.
Rising Stars of New Braunfels is an annual program of the Jaycees in partnership with the Chamber and the Herald Zeitung to recognize outstanding leaders under the age of 40 in the community. The culmination of the program is the Rising Stars Soiree in honoring the achievements of these influential young leaders.
