Our Co-Founders and Managing Directors, Steve Rodgers, CPM, CCIM and Travis Taylor, MAI, CCIM have nearly 50 years of combined commercial real estate experience. Steve's experience includes brokerage services, property management, construction management and estimating. His diverse skill set, attention to detail and focus on high professional standards make him a valuable asset and representative of his clients. After beginning his career as an appraiser in commercial valuation, Travis brings extensive knowledge of market research/interpretation and a deep analytical practice which bodes well for his ability to add value to clients from an advisory capacity.
