Office development represents a significant segment of our business with over 1 million square feet of office and medical office properties delivered to date. Even more significant is our multifamily residential group with some 4,800 residential units totaling approximately 5.2 million square feet developed. Our multifamily projects have included both rental and for sale properties with product types ranging from traditional Class “A” garden-style apartments to urban mid-rise to luxury high-rise developments. The Company’s integrated construction group provides pre-construction, general contracting, and construction management services for all of the Company’s multifamily developments.
