THE GRAND ROOM AT CANOPY'S CLUBHOUSE IS AVAILABLE FOR PRIVATE PARTIES, MEETINGS AND EVENTS. IT'S A BEAUTIFUL, MODERN SPACE WITH A FULL KITCHEN AND TV. THERE ARE TABLES AND CHAIRS WITH SEATING FOR 40. MAXIMUM CAPACITY IS 82. OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND RESORT GUESTS FOR EVENT RENTAL.
THE CLUBHOUSE ALSO HAS AN ATTACHED COVERED PAVILION (ACCESSED BY GLASS DOORS) WITH BARBECUE GRILLS AND SEATING FOR 20. YOU ARE WELCOME TO USE THE PAVILION, GRILLS AND FIRE PIT BUT THEY ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO THE RENTAL.
THERE ARE RESTROOMS IN THE CLUBHOUSE FOR YOUR EVENT GUESTS.

Canopy RV Resort is raising the bar on luxury RV travel. Built in 2023, we are convenient to I-35 but nestled in a quiet setting with no highway or railroad noise. Oversized RV sites accommodate large rigs and have parking for 2 additional vehicles. Wide, paved roads make access easy. Each pedestal has secured high-speed ethernet connections and there's WiFi throughout the resort. Overnight and extended stay are welcome!
